I’ve been going to happy nails since they’ve first opened. Last week, I went in for a gel manicure and the women did not prep my nails properly. She did not use alcohol or anything to dry out my nails and actually painted over the dust from taking off my old polish. So of course, not even a week later my nails are peeling and chipped. I called the salon and explained to them what happened. They told me that there is nothing they can do, they don’t use anything to dry out the nails before applying polish, and they never paint over dust. He said because it’s been over a week (Wednesday to Saturday) there is nothing they can do. I personally find this absolutely ridiculous as a gel manicure should last 2-3 weeks AND the women did not prep my nails properly. I will never be going back to happy nails again.

Called to book an appointment asked for an overlay French pedicure and and two Overlay nails to fix When I got there, I Waited an extra 35 minutes and was told they don’t do overlay. Then once I sat down, for my manicure was told to leave and that I couldn’t be taken. And that I didn’t book what I said I booked. Will never come again. Horrible management.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Left all of the surrounding paint on my fingers & refused to let me see a color tested. Ignored me when I asked for square shaped nails & got mad when I asked them to please stop rounding my nails. This is how I left the salon. Horrible service. A disgrace.
