This is my first time at Happy Nails & Spa and Heidi took care of me well and very hospitable. She’s friendly and kind. I called in and got it right away. I would recommend. I only got the pedicure today and the price was great, $40 + gel; I would say it was worth it.

I was really dissapointed after i left and really got a good look at my nails. It seemed really clean. The lady was very distracted, dealing with customers coming in, answering the business phone checking messenger dinging in the drawer all while doing my manicure. It had been a long time since i have gone to get my nails done and this was a nice thing i was finally doing because it was my birthday. When i asked at the beauty supply store if i was being picky she gasped and told me that if i was charged (which i was)i should go get my money back. I wont be a return customer. Plus i thought it was odd that she asked for payment after my manicure and before painting my nails.

You might be walking out of this place SAD instead of HAPPY nail tech Heidi is terrible. Don’t come here if you’re wanting a design. I explained what I wanted before I got in the chair but she started doing my design she didn’t have the colors I wanted. She was not listening to me in what I wanted then had nerve to blame me and trying to make me get something different when I told her it was for a wedding. I jumped out of that chair so fast! I won’t be back EVER!! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy!
