This place is awful. The nail tech was so condescending and service was rushed. Nails look awful. Not even two weeks old and they look this bad have to go get them redone. Would have gone earlier but been so busy. Do not recommend workers seem super irritable and do a horrible job.

Horrendous customer service, the most rude front desk women, inconsistent work, rushing through without caring about their work. I could go on but there’s no need. I strongly urge you to make a better choice. There are multiple lovely places in Marina-no need to subject yourself to this.

Denial is the best policy. 😉 You must have me confused with another unhappy customer. I would never try to go back to your establishment and subject myself to low caliber. I am close to many of the people who work at the places I frequent so your words are silly. I have a lovely place I go to consistently with two wonderful, respectful ladies who take pride in their work if anyone in Marina needs a referral 🫶🏼 Just got my nails done today and am happy to send you a picture.

Happy nails were so kind and professional. There was a misunderstanding about the amount if people in the reservation and they were so accommodating. The pedicure was very nice, done well, and fast (we were in a rush). They were so efficient and delt with difficult customers well. So happy with my color that the tech helped me pick out.

The salon is clean and nice but their quality of work is very rushed every time I have gone. I always try to give them another chance since its so close to where I live but after the 5th mani/pedi I will not be returning. I was very disappointed by this $90 gel mani/pedi especially since I was in pain for most of it, they use very harsh chemicals that burned my skin and they filed my nails very roughly even though I said that it wad hurting me. I just got my nails done yesterday and I need to get them re-done because they are laughable.

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years, and since the very beginning my experience has been AMAZING, everyone is extremely friendly and does an amazing job! I honestly always go out of my way to only visit this location. Perfection!
