I really wanted to leave a good review for this place. I arrived at 530 pm and asked if they could do a manipedi with gel, and they said yes.

The lady who did my pedicure (Kim) was amazing. She was very attentive and sweet. At 640, a woman came over while I was getting my pedi and asked if I could pay for my services as they were trying to close out the til.

Another lady came over and started grinding my cuticles with an electric grinder. Now mind you, I don’t have any polish on my nails.

I asked her to even my nails out as she filed them. As soon as my pedi was over I was taken over to her station where she preceded to continue to grind by cuticles. She never used any cuticle remover, she barely cut any cuticle away, didn’t, clean my nails, nor did she put cuticle oil on at the end. My nails are uneven to each other and several are pointing to the left ( because she was filing them on my left side not in front of me).

They knew it was my first time there and you would think that they wanted to make sure I was happy, however I felt rushed and that I was an inconvenience instead of being pampered at the end.

I would have rather they told me they could only do one service rather than two and pay for something I have to have redone.

The service was awesome they were attentive and not rushing they sanitized the tools right in front of you. Peaceful and relaxing I would recommend this place for cleanliness and the professionalism.

We came back again for my daughter she had her nails done at a different nail salon who did a horrible job. Happy Nails fixed my daughter nails she was happy and pleased with Win services, and I got another pedicure done with Mike he is awesome and took his time and the hot stone massage are the best!!

Just went here to get my nails re-done from another salon that we went to 3 weeks ago in Monroe, WI. This was our first time here and I got a full set with a Spring design and they did a fantastic job! My daughter got a pedicure and hers was great too. Thank you so much to all the staff at Happy Nails! 😉

Amazing place to get your nails done, very kind people, gentle with your hands and they take their time with you and talk to you about what you want. They are so sweet and very friendly. No harsh treatment and overall an excellent experience. I loved this place so much definitely stop by and get your nails done. 😊💕
