They were super nice and friendly the entire time. They stayed late to make sure me and my friends nails got done and were super sweet about wanting to make sure it was perfect for us. My french tips were free handed and done so efficiently and beautifully. Best nail place i’ve ever been to in ellensburg

Very disappointed with my experience here, especially as they’re one of the highest rated salons in Ellensburg. I walked in (because they advertise they accept walkins) and was told they could make a later appointment, so I did that and returned hours later. The “pedicure” was essentially putting my feet in water, shaving my heels, and painting my toenails. That’s it. There was nothing added to the foot bath (no soap, salts, nothing, just water, I wasnt even asked if I wanted anything else) and they didn’t turn on the chair for me. The technician used clearly dirty tools on me, and I honestly should have walked out when I noticed but tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I saw her take toe separators out of her cart, and then put them back into the cart when she removed them from my feet. That’s just unacceptable and cheap, reusing materials like that is unsanitary. No lotion was used, she literally used cuticle oil all over my calves and feet and I left feeling gross and oily. The paint job was rushed and looked bad, and she also rushed me out of the shop without my polish being dry.
Not a good experience, and I won’t be returning.

I walked in just after 5 as a last min full set. They were wonderful! Everyone greeted me happily and they started in my nails within 5 minutes! The nails came out better than the photo I showed them and I am incredibly impressed! I love this place!

Not only did the older man cut the hell out of my cuticles on 6/10 of my fingers, he also made my cuticles bleed. He seemed like he was in a rush because he didn’t clean up the polish from around my nails. I got a simple gel manicure and my nails look horrendous. Do not recommend this nail salon 🙁
