Zero stars is what this place deserves. I have gone back more times than I should have , so this is based off of many chances. They are very rude here and incompetent. Yesterday I had to tell the lady doing my pedicure how to do it /ask her to trim my nails & point out that she as filing them crooked. Then the man who works there was going to paint my toes with the wrong color. I said this at least 5 times yet he went to open the bottle and another customer had to say that I said it was the wrong color. When he went to choose the color I wanted he still chose the wrong one. So I paid $35 for a bright orange color and crooked nails. My feet also don’t even feel like I had a pedicure. I could have done all of this better myself for free. I was scheduled for a manicure too but I left before they could ruin my fingernails too. I’ll also mention that no matter what you say you want done these people will ask you to look at the menu and do you want gel to the point of harassment

I had an appointment at 3 PM, I was then reached out to by the owner asking me if I could come at 2:30 PM. When I arrived there was a 4 people ahead of me with only 2 workers. I asked how long it would be and I the lady told me 40 minutes. I then let her know I had an appointment and she shrugged her shoulders at me. She then told me they can’t control how many people come in… this salon does not follow appointments, they do nothing for you. They constantly take on more appointments than they can handle with 2 people. You are then shuffled around between staff and it’s rushed. You are better off going to a better establishment.

They have a credit card machine. After service they refused to take my credit card and said to use the fee ATM machine they have.
Edit after Happy Nail response. Um someone was there. They refused to take my credit card. I did not have an ATM card. I waited in store 45 mins with my young daughters while my husband brought money out.

There is nothing “Happy” about this place. Don’t waste your time coming here. They are unprofessional and rude. I made two appointments recently, one for myself and one for my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. After being ignored for over 45 minutes, I made the decision to leave. This is the second time I’ve been treated this way by Happy Nail but thought I’d give them another chance since they are one of the only salons open on a Sunday. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Spend your money somewhere else. They don’t deserve it here.
