Fast service and so nice! They made good conversation, and made my daughter really happy on her birthday ^_^ 100% will be returning for my other kids birthday and probably any random girl days we have to chill. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best experience with Vivian! The rest of the staff was so nice and professional.

I loved my nails when Vivian finished but I wanted to wait a couple of days before this review to determine if I still love them and I DO!

Had the worst experience with one technician yesterday. She was EXTREMELY RUDE to my 4.5 yr old niece who just wanted her nails painted. When I said how aggravated she seemed she was even ruder to her and myself. Barely even did my pedicure. Was aggressive to us both. I had been going here for last few months with Lana and she is great. I booked for a manicure and pedicure with polish. After the way she treated us I chose to not get my manicure and went elsewhere. I asked her 3 times for her name and she refused and told me NO. I asked if she could paint my toes burgundy with gold glitter on a few or big toe. She immediately without looking at picture said no firmly so therfore I got no color. EXTREMELY disappointed in her service and behavior. I want to call the owners but she again refused to give her name. Doubt they will make it right. Lost a good customer.

Tran is the best! I will not let anyone else in Fairbanks do my nails. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Best place to get your nails done and relax.

My daughter and I have been here 3 times and are thrilled with Trang. I wish it were less expensive, but we’ve already made our next appointments and will continue to come back.
*Back again and love my daughter’s natural nails. Trang removed the acrylic on her and she has beautiful nails!
