These ladies were so accommodating. We called at the last minute and got an appointment for 6:00 because they close at 7:00, but then when we were trying to leave to go to our appointment we lost our keys so I called to cancel the appointment and right after I canceled the appointment we found the keys and called back to see if we could still keep the appointment and they said yes and when we got there they were not irritated with us they were very kind and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. He will not be disappointed

First time going to happy nails good customer service, but not good at acrylics. My nails aren’t the same shape or color, and she botched the under side of the nails. I paid $65 dollars from this and I’m not pleased at all.

They like to lie I called in before I went up there about the nails I wanted.. I have my own powder bc most places don’t have glow n dark powder yet that being said I told lady on phone I wanted fake nails but short with different color on each finger she said ok I asked how much she told me $40 so wen I go up there and I tell another lady what lady told me and she tells me it’s $40 to do one color on my fingers no nails I said that’s not what lady told me so I told her don’t worry bout it how much to do wit nail and different color on each nail she tells 65 so I ask about ombré and one glow n dark color she was fixing to say $50 but she stopped and gon tell me $75 dollars even with my own powder and she gon tell me yea but lady told me on phone that since I brought my own they would knock ten off where in the hell is $10 knocked off of 65 or 75 with my own powder and then down short with fake nail come on now u ripping ppl off and with the lie of the pricing is crazy and I had my husband there to verify exactly what they did.. They be lying to get ova on ppl

Great customer service, I got a full set done for my birthday. I get my nails done regularly but It was my first time there. unfortunately they only lasted 9 days. They were lifting by day 6
