I normally frequent this salon but had such a bad experience today that I will not be coming back. My tech was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was cut multiple times and she didn’t even apologize. She did not do what I asked for at all and it was a relatively simple look compared to my usual! I was very overcharged and unhappy. I’m very dissatisfied and sad to say I’m going to find a new salon to frequent and will be telling my friends as well!

I’ve never left a review before in my life for any buisness! But I’m so disappointed in my experience that I did today.

Adding to my review: Not even a day after my service one nail broke in half by just putting my shirt on. The apex was so bad. I haven’t even had these nails on 24 hours. Several nails are almost completely flat. Gems are smooshed together not what I asked for. I was charged $20 extra simply for the gems. My shape was also changed when I requested they stay square! $70 for this FILL!

Well this was the place to go. I had been wanting a pedicure fir so long. When your working as a caregiver for seven years twenty four hours a day, well those luxurys are far between. Thank God I finally got one, even though it was in Virginia it was the best. I enjoyed every moment of it. I’m home now back in Colorado, but when I go back to Virginia, i am going to go there again. Not that I can’t go here which Im sure I will. I just really enjoyed my visit there and the people. It was great. The price was really reasonable. Twenty seven dollars went a long way.

Daughter and I both had different nail techs. Both did great but my daughter was suppose to get her toes done as well we had set appointments for nails and toes. They forgot about her toes needing done. They were also pretty business with walk-ins and more appointments. They need better communication.

I used to love this place, but their wait time has gotten ridiculous. it seems as they take walk-ins which interferes with people who have made appts. last time waited almost 30 minutes, today waited an hour. i understand being understaffed is hard, but their communication skills are horrible. Will not be returning
