Update (3/28/24) Nail Tech Selena did an amazing job on my nails today. Took her time and listened to the color changes I wanted to make from inspiration photo. Super pleased with results.
One of the nail techs filed my nails awful to where I had little notches down the side of my finger nails which caused hair to get in the little notch and rip my finger nails. The paint chipped on my gel pretty easy last time. Not to mention my toe nails felt like they were getting ingrowns because the sides of my nails were cut and filed to where my nails had to regrow which was going into my skin.
I figured I’d go one more time to see if it was just a bad visit. Like usual I got gel on my toes and finger nails. Not even 5 hours later they were peeling off and they were SUPER gooey. I went back the next day and just wanted them removed and a refund so I could do them else where, they stated they don’t do refund so they could redo it. I was very uncomfortable with everyone coming over to looking at my nails and chat about them. The lady who did them seemed very rushed. Ultimately, they look better than before but the environment was very unwelcoming.
I gave them two stars instead of a one star because they did at least fix my nails. It’s very upsetting with how inconsistent the work is here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back due to the last two visits.
