I’ve been going here for 3 years and had the most horrifying experience today. I have an acrylic overlay over my natural nail and asked for a pretty simple fill, my acrylic ended up needing to be redone because it lifted which is fine. When John removed the acrylic he used a tip to pry it off, which hurt sooo bad and he even cut me (they normally soak it off). After that he trimmed 3 of my nails down before I could notice, I stopped him and told him I wanted almond and he said it’s fine we’ll just put tips, I can’t get tips, I use my hands/nails at work and tips always snap off. So I had to cut down all of my nails that I’d been growing out for a year. He didn’t even try to match the shape on each nail, they’re bumpy and acrylic was left all over my fingers. When I got to the front I said I really don’t think it’d be fair for me to pay this because it’s not at all what I came in for and I had a horrible experience- I was essentially swarmed around by 3 men (John, the guy at the front desk, and the owner) and told I had to pay at least half. I felt super threatened, especially being a woman surrounded by 3 men. I’ve attached photos – orange tips is what I asked for, the one with black hearts is how long my nails were before getting them done, and the short pink ones are what I left the salon with today and had to pay for. It was an extremely disappointing experience especially as a loyal customer. I highly recommend not coming to this place, but if you still decide to please do yourself a favor and avoid John.

MY NAIL TECH WAS SO PATIENT AND DETAILED!!! I don’t do my nails often and she did not disappoint! When another special occasion happens, I will be back!

Kim did the best job ever! I told her about ingrown nails and she literally nailed it unlike other spots that barely fix anything! The massage was great and all the staff is so sweet and accommodating! 10/10

This was very nice. Just like any nail salon, they do gels, normal and fake nails but they also do designs too. They don’t do massages. They also have many colors and the place is clean.
