Great environment, very comfortable. The service depends on the nail tech you get. This salon offers walk in service, so that’s convenient 👍🏼
sadly, every nail tech isn’t going to do a good job. My first pedicure there, was great, I never asked HIS name, my second pedicure was so disappointing, the nail tech, she asked me if I wanted her to file my nails, she asked me 3X I answered yes every time. Still did a poor job. I know my feet aren’t danty things , but I do work hard and like to enjoy the break in that chair, so EVERY client should be treated the same, not different because the nail tech chooses to not do the job (for a $49 pedi? Duh! File my nails! Filing should always be done!)

it’s okay, that was my experience, I’m aware everyone has different experiences with nail salons, but quality service is consistent and carries over from client to client. Would definitely go there again. My nails came out good, the prices were okay, and the guy (Monica Bob [don’t know of I spelled that right…]) was really awesome! One thing I liked was that the staff were conversing with each other, seemingly happy. One thing I think can be done better is ensuring all staff can communicate clearly with the customer regarding the services. When getting my toes done, I found it difficult to explain my wishes for nail polish in a way the gentleman could understand, and the gentleman who did my nails could not clearly communicate the next steps after he was done painting my toes. That said, the staff was nice, the place was clean and comfortable, and they did a good job on my nails 💅.
I would definitely go here again and recommend this place if you’re in the area.

i had the worst experience here ….. ever when a woman goes to get her nails done and pamper herself, it’s something that’s supposed to be a relaxing beautiful thing when the person that’s doing your nails is complaining nonstop the whole time you’re in there and aggravated because he can’t get the stuff off your nails it’s very discouraging it rains your day. What was the purpose of going for that special day? I would not recommend this place if you want your experience to be happy.

I walked in with no appointment, was greeted, was told someone will be checking me in shortly, and after 5mins, a man came up and asked what services I needed, and told me it would be a short wait. I was shocked Because it was a full house in their that Saturday morning and their phones were off the hook.
I waited about 10mins to be seen, and a wounderful lady who I wish I could tell you the name of, did gel nails for me, and that look and felt fantastic! She complimented my natural nails and how healthy they looked, she was prompt and friendly with her service and handled a diffrent disgruntled lady (not me) well.
Within 20minutes my nails were done, I was relaxed and I was out the door! Very happy with my service, it’s been a week and my nails still look intact and have not fallen off.
My gel manicure was $30, + a $10 tip, and to me it was definitely worth it! Their prices have gone up because of the wage increases, but so has everything else these days.
All in all, I would recommend this place for basic care needs and make sure to tip your manicurist☺🙂
