One of the worst hair experiences I’ve had. She overcharged me for a trim, I asked for just a straight line across the back, not even 1/2 an inch off. I asked her not to touch my bangs or the front layers of my hair because I was trying to get my hair all to one length. First red flag was after she rinsed my hair, she tried to comb through it with a fine tooth comb from the roots, and then yanked down to the end, snapping my hairs in the process. I then asked her to stop and see if I could brush out my own hair with a paddle brush. After I brushed out my own hair, because she didn’t know how apparently, she proceeds to start cutting the back…. With a straight razor!!! I thought maybe she knows what she’s doing, so I didn’t say anything. She then moves to the front of my hair, and before I can say no she grabs a chunk of my hair and uses a straight razor to create a ton of layers!!! THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED 🥲. I was so upset, I just paid and left before I burst into tears. I came back and politely asked for my money back, which I have never done before for a service like this. And she was benign incredibly rude and not having it. The total was 50 with a 5$ tip, and she finally agreed to give me back 15. Then said there was a 2$ card fee??? So 13, and she gave it to me in cash. Just please do not go here, if you value your hair. Additionally, she also made the front of my hair super uneven. This is actually the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life, but it’s deserved. I added my before and after photos….

I have been coming to Hannah’s hair salon since I was a kid, and I have always had a great experience. I’ve had my hair dyed, cut, highlighted, permed, and magic straightened by Hannah for years. She is truly a Jack of all trades. As a favor to her, I wanted to show the exterior and interior of her salon as it has changed over the years. Hannah is an exceptional stylist and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

Very nice! She takes her time and is very meticulous. She has also cut my wife’s hair and my 7 year old son too. Recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and the remodel makes the experience even better. She has always given me the best haircut whether it’s a trim or just a touch up.

I was trying to find a place to trim my hair and change my bangs. The place I originally got my appointment at scheduled me on top of another appointment and said I couldn’t get haircut when I was a few minutes late. And there was nobody there! However, Hannah took me as a walk in, and she also did a fantastic job. Not only did she give me beautiful bangs, she also layered my hair in a way in which I love. I definitely recommend this place, it is a 10/10.
