I initially tried out hand and stone Estrella when I first moved to Arizona, December 2023 and was quite disappointed! I paid the $25 upgrade for a deep tissue massage and barely got a brush your skin feel good after multiple mentions to the therapist that The pressure was way too light. Fast-forward to now I received a re-introductory email and decided to give them one more /final try. I called ahead of time and inquired what therapists there do a good deep tissue-Erica was suggested. I don’t mind paying extra for it, but I would like for it to at least be firm pressure and my first experience was not the case. I am happy to report Erica was great! I am very glad I gave them another shot as my session with Erica was wonderful! She was very good at checking in, good firm pressure, and literally made sure everything was comfortable and to my liking. I would definitely recommend anyone give Erica a try!

Daniel is the best massage therapist I have had and I have had many through the years. He listens to your concerns and is great about getting out the tension in your tightened stressed muscles . I feel Soooo good after my massage.

This is my 1st time trying them and I can tell you with experience the worst Spa I have ever been, You’re few minutes late they want to charge for full service when they performed half service. After 15min late they said it’s a no call no show and charge you. when have been calling 25mins before the appointment time to notify them. I called to notify them there was a traffic due to an accident but I was on call waiting and after awhile the call would dropped and when I get there I tried to explain to them. Instead they made a special day and relaxing became something else. Go to a better spa not this…
