As a new member (my teenage son), we are thrilled with the experience! Janet was our first interaction upon arrival and a big part of the decision to come back. We felt so genuinely welcomed and she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about our membership. Armando put a smile on a very picky (with his haircuts) kiddo – he’s a very talented barber who can cut a diverse array of hair textures. The environment is upbeat, yet chill. It’s a sophisticated place, but has a feel of a traditional barber shop in the sense that you want to hang around and enjoy the time. I would highly recommend checking out the New Albany location if you would like a fantastic experience, a professional and talented staff and some well-deserved pampering!

She did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to her. Walked out feeling fresh with my new cut and it came out exactly as I expected. Highly recommend her. Very professional!
