Walked in on a whim to see if they had time for a walk in dip set. The people were super friendly but when I tell you my nails look like I did them myself at home, I’m serious. Didn’t bother to take the time to unstick the dip from my skin and didn’t dremmel them thinner at the cuticle. They are blocky and messy. Definitely won’t be going back.

The most uncomfortable and painful experience at a nail salon!!! I went to H’Allure nails on a Monday afternoon more than an hour before their posted closing time online. I was a walk in for a set of dip nails and got placed in chair 3 with a male nail technician. As soon as he began doing my nails he was already causing damage and ended up breaking two of my natural nails (that I now have to get tips on). He was very aggressive and even noticed my discomfort and made silly jokes about it. I expressed that I would prefer if my nails be wrapped and drilled at the beginning and he proceeded to rip them off. He even tried to blame the nail break on me saying my nails were weak. In the end the nails looked fine and I even tipped. Before my nails were even finished all of the technicians collected their tips and left and I was left inside with just the owner. The door was locked immediately behind me even though on their posted hour on the door they were still open. This is just as a heads up to future customers, they don’t have consistent quality of customer service. This was not my first time going but it will be my last, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a salon chair, as person who has had their nails done for years.

Well I’m all done with this place after Charlie left, Jenny was good as well, but Andy has no idea how to treat a good client. I brought my daughter in law in for a horrific experience and then Andy argued with me saying that must have been somewhere else. So much for a 5 star review!
