If you want coloring done: DO NOT go to Hairtech.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I asked for subtle highlights or a subtle balayage just to bring some dimension to my (5 years of growth to get it healthy) hair. She claimed she had experience with balayage and during the process she kept reassuring me that it was turning out great. All lies. She had no idea what she was doing. And I could tell, but because I’m not a confrontational person, I didn’t have the courage to say anything. I sobbed in my car for 20 minutes after this appointment. I did not want to be blonde. She completely damaged my hair after 5 long years of growing it out and spending a lot of money on good products in order to get it healthy. She made me look like an artificial blonde who desperately needed her roots touched up. I was legitimately traumatized and had to pay AGAIN for a PROFESSIONAL salon to fix the hideous damage caused. 💔
