This was my first time at the salon. I just wasn’t pleased with how my nails turned out. I feel like there needs to be a better system with the drying process. I smudged my nails while in the salon and my girl came and fixed them. But as soon as I got in my car one of the nails smudged again. I feel like the girl who did my nails was just rushing to get through them. I have had my nails done at other places and have been pleased. But unfortunately this was not how it went. Very disappointing.

Jess is incredible!! For the last 2 years I’ve seen 2 different stylists at 2 different salons multiple times to try to achieve the look I was going for (my dark natural with a few dimensional pieces of color….something low maintenance) and each time I came out lighter, more red and with 5 different colors in my hair. I was about to give up and go back to 1 color all over until I found Jess! I could not be more happy with my service. My hair turned out exactly like the pictures I showed her. She was so incredibly nice and friendly and fun! She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. She showed me how to curl my hair, educated me on products and I enjoyed a very nice head/scalp massage during my shampoo. The front desk staff were so friendly as well and I didn’t realize I got a discount on products and services for my first visit which was a nice surprise! Check out the before and after pics for proof of how amazing her work is (and it’s hard to believe but I actually paid a bit more price wise for the before picture coloring). I almost cried in her chair when I saw my finished hair. Thank you Jess!!!!!!!

This past weekend I got my hair done by Jensen, and I’m beyond thrilled with the results! Her attention to detail and amazing skill sets helped me reach my hair goals. She provided such a welcoming environment. By explaining everything to me and really involving me in the process made my experience stress free. I had a pedicure and manicure today with, Nora! She’s very professional yet extremely easy-going and makes you always feel comfortable in her presence. She’s very easy to talk to and I always look forward to seeing her. On top of that, I always get a beautiful pedicure and manicure and look better leaving than I ever did coming in.

Megan is incredible. I have been going to her for about 5 years now and she never fails to disappoint. I always show her what I’m looking for but I let her have creative freedom to do whatever she thinks looks good and she always does a phenomenal job. She even does a great job selling me amazing products that are good for my hair. Definitely a happy customer and I will continue coming here.
