I went to Amber in September to get an all over color and she over books clients. This resulted in her over lapping appointments and rushing through the process, particularly at the end. After the appointment, I scheduled a root retouch for November and she told me not to bother writing down the date cause she would send me a text reminder. Never got the text reminder and she never told me I missed my appointment, until I asked her what day and time it was. But whatever, I guess that one is my fault and I shouldn’t have trusted that she would do that. So, I rescheduled the appt and she said that she had availability tomorrow at 6pm. Fine, great, awesome, so I went the next day and when I got there she said she meant the next next day and that she couldn’t get me in on that day. I was driving to my appointment the day after and she cancelled on me last minute and didn’t seem to care at all. That whole thing was annoying and I’m also moving so I told her the whole reason why I was trying to get this appointment before Wednesday was because I was moving. So I asked her if she could tell me what products she uses to color hair so I could tell the new salon and my roots would match, which is half way across the country. She then went ghost on me. This is so annoying cause I wasted my time and gas, just for her not to do my hair. I just want my roots to match dude.
