I had high hopes for this place since everyone has given pretty good reviews, I’ve been a couple of times and it seemed alright until my most recent appointment. A young man maybe fresh out of high school did my service, he had zero customer skills and honestly it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, it was very awkward like he didn’t wanna be there and really didn’t care if he did a good job. Left my nails filed crooked where I had to ask to have them fixed and forgot top coat on two of my nails, never made eye contact or asked if i was alright, missed parts of the service all together… He said he had been doing nails for eight months personally don’t believe that, I think he’s just someone’s son. The therapist that did my nails was great though a lot of the staff is nice and proficient but this young man did not belong there.

Kaitlyn is so talented and sweet! My daughter had a specific design in mind and she did a fabulous job. Her nails are gorgeous and exactly what she wanted. Thank you Kaitlyn and we’ll be back for prom.

I just had a pedicure from here. NEVER AGAIN. My appointment was at 4:45 done at 5:20. The person that did it looked really young(boy). Never said one word to me, didnt ask if i wanted my nails cut, didnt get the dead skin off, barely rubbed my feet and legs, then for the hot towel (should have called it cold towel) he shook it out so much it was cold. And whats most upsetting is how expensive it is. Im sorry I am paying good money and it was the worst service i have ever had. I will never be back.

Good experience but towards the end of my appointment when my person was finishing up and adding the last quick layer of gel they just wiped it on and it starting dripping. It hasn’t dried yet so it has been so sticky/slimy for the past 30mins now. But love the workers so nice!
