First time here, and I’ll be back. I have very fragile nails and appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the nail tech. My nails turned out beautifully. From the check in process with Tom, the owner, to the tech everyone was super attentive and professional. I have had no issues after my appointment and the dip nails are lasting much longer than other salons. I highly recommend this salon.

3.5 stars. While they do a nice job, they’ve almost gotten a little too big and lost that personalized feel. The front desk staff needs some retraining, too. They kept saying they were not making appointments past May 2024 (the popular nail techs book up FAST, so if you need specific days/times like I do to work around your schedule, you need to make appts months out, if not for the entire year.) I called several times in January and early Feb, and each time I asked when they’d start taking appointments for the rest of the year the answer was always “I don’t know…maybe in March?”

I called today, Feb 21, because I got an reminder for an appointment that I had cancelled (their error.) I figured I’d ask again about making appointments for the rest of the year….surprise, surprise they WERE taking them, and according to the girl who answered they had been for some time and she had “no idea” why I’d been told otherwise. And, of course, my preferred nail tech was already full the two dates/times I needed (just before planned vacations), which were 4 and 7 months out. That’s extremely frustrating. Why were they refusing to make appointments for me when I called before? I’ve been a loyal customer for years and tip well.

I like my tech a lot, so for now I’ll keep going at least for the appointments I have scheduled. But I may try some other salons in between that do better with walk-ins and scheduling appointments at the dates/times I need.

This nail salon is amazing! I have been going here for several years, and even though they have grown, their standard of quality has remained exceptionally high. They take great care of their customers as well as the salon itself. It’s always impeccably clean and well maintained. They recently raised their prices but ensured that they informed their customers in advance. This place is definitely worth it!

So this place isn’t the cheapest.. they charge extra for things such as shape, length, even to pop off an old set (I mean like actually just popping them off with their fingers, not soaking them off) BUT I have literally never had a bad mani or pedi here. It’s extremely clean, they almost always have availability, and the nail techs are really skilled. I don’t have to see the same person every time because every person there does a great job. Helen, Gina, and Chanel are a guarantee but honestly you can’t go wrong with anyone here. Just be prepared to dish out an extra $10-15. It’s worth it though for the quality and reliability. The front desk staff are really friendly too. I’ve waited about a year to post a review because I like to make sure it’s good every time and I can officially say that it is!

My daughter and I have been going to Greenfield Nails for over 8 years. We have tried many other nail places over the years, and nothing compares to the quality of service we get at Greenfield (both the Gilbert and Chandler locations). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Both locations have been well-maintained and very clean every single visit. The results of manicures and pedicures have been very consistent, which has been a major issue with other salons…not getting what I requested/paid for. I’ve gotten to a point where I won’t even go to any other nail places because they don’t have my trust or loyalty.
