Disappointed. Received a poor quality dip powder manicure that is chipping after just one day. One hand received 2 dips in the nail color while the other received one leaving my hands looking completely different. Not worth $40 at all.

I was reminded this evening why I stopped coming here a few years back. I recall feeling like they ignored the colored customers needs in order to rush and serve the Caucasian customers. I was here two weeks ago to get dip powder on regular nails. It was my first time trying it. I was out of there in 25 minutes. Thought that was a good thing. It soaked off within a week in a half. I’ve heard it’s not supposed to come off that fast. That day it was pretty empty and the 3 ladies were pleasant. A little short and rushing when asking questions but, not rude. So tonight, I gave them another try. They were more crowded than before. All Caucasian women being serviced. Owner tried to pick my color for me. (rushing me to sit down and says, it’s a-lot of customers today) Maybe she expected me to respond and leave. Assuming, I wouldn’t have patience. I first asked for dip and pedicure. I get to chair, lady says I don’t need pedicure, just polish. Okay. Feeling rushed now. Let that slide. She proceeds with my polish on toes. She’s speeding the process. A Caucasian lady arrives right after me for pedicure as well. She’s next to me. I’m enjoying the massage chair only glancing at the process. I notice her putting on clear coat to find my nails not even fully polished or filed even. I know she’s rushing so I ask the owner for another person. She looks and removes the previous polish. Once removed, I say thanks and leave. First, your about to take another 20 minutes of my time. No apology nothing just sits down and grabs my foot. Mind you, I’m the only colored person in there. Felt uncomfortable after having to ask for service I’m supposed to receive upon arrival anyways. I’m a local resident here for over 12y. Few of the salons are giving this energy in the area. Just sad. We deserve the same respect we give.

The one thing that I can say about them is that they are quick and you can get in and out pretty quickly with a walk-in, where other places you may end up sitting for a while. For that reason I’ve given this place numerous chances. I will say that my nails always look pretty decent when I’m walking out the door, but by the next week and as soon as they start growing out, they look horrible because I haven’t had one person do my nails ,that cared for my cuticles and they always seem to rush to get them done so by the two week mark they start feeling loose and wobbly. For example, I have a two week old set and I’m missing a nail because one popped off completely. I’m also going to say that they don’t have the friendliest staff, and I don’t really want to go somewhere where the people working there don’t pass the vibe check. If you’re looking for a set just for a special occasion, or some thing, and is decently priced, this could be your place. but if you’re looking for good nails, that Will look good as they grow out, take your money and go somewhere else. I’m sorry, but I won’t be going back.

Clean environment, comfortable massage chairs. You can walk in without an appointment but expect to wait a bit, depending on their staffing.
I got a great leg massage. Really no complaints, just that 2 of the girls working on 2 of us chatted the entire time. I was really there to put my head back and relax, which was hard to do as they never stopped talking. Everyone is very nice though and they do a great pedicure!

If I could give a zero review, I would. The woman with the bangs that sits towards the front did my nails was SO RUDE!!!!!!!! She was so inpatient and rushed through the whole thing, nails not filled right, the shape was completely off from what I showed her. Every time I asked her to fix something she catches an attitude. She kept messing up and was getting mad at me for her messing up.
