I got a full set done she did a good job also got my toes polished that was done nicely. I had her do a full set on my 14 year old daughter and the nails came out crooked she filed her cuticles and my daughter was hurting polish was not straight I told the lady I would come back and pay to get them fixed she didn’t offer to fix will never return to this place my daughters first experience was so bad I felt bad for her

The customer service was great she talked to me and had a great conversation, and she was attentive and sweet. Highly recommend

Not what I asked for. Poor quality to say the least. Lukewarm water for pedicure, did not remove ingrown toenail. He did not file my nails after he used the drill, so the nails were lumpy and uneven. I asked for a cancer zodiac star design, and the man who did my nails completely ignored what I said and put random colorful stars everywhere. I was in the shop from 1-30pm to 4:30pm. I left and came back within 5 minutes and asked the woman to fix them. She told me to come back at 7pm but they closed at 7pm. I went to another shop, and got them completely taken off. I can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a nail salon…. Sad to say I paid $93 but I will be attempting to get a refund. Pictures attached.

Only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me post my review otherwise. Zero stars is more appropriate!!! I’ve been going here for a few years in hopes that the experience would get better but I was severely disappointed ☹️. They are way too rough pull our fingers and hurt our cuticles around the nails. My nails are sore for a few days afterwards 😬. On top of that the owners wife that sits at the #8 station is very mean to me personally and likes to put people down 😔. She is a megalomaniac and a very unpleasant person to talk to so forget trying to relax and enjoy a nice experience 🙄. Plus the nails come out looking below average compared to the other people that work there. The exchange is so unpleasant that I will not be back any time soon 🙁. First everything is fine then she pretends to be friendly asking personal questions and then ridicules and ignores me after I answer her. Then she starts working on my nails talking loud and laughing the whole time in English and in Vietnamese 😳. I find this very insulting, extremely unprofessional, and annoying as all get out 🤨. Everyone else is nice and very professional there even her husband that owns the place 😀. He is very accomplished, humble, and a pleasure to talk to 😎. Go at your own risk but know that there are so many other places that don’t have these issues to cope with especially if you are already feeling down 😟. I’ll be loyal to another more welcoming and professional place that doesn’t hurt me or my family physically or emotionally 🥺. I can’t even take my mother there because she is diabetic and doesn’t heal well not to mention the fact that my husband will not put up with this kind of treatment 😐. They are usually very slow so there so it is not much of a wait. That is the only reason I went back but I totally regret doing so 😦 . We are very happy with another place by the house that turned out to be much better and does beautiful nails 🤩. I can take the whole family now and get pampered the way it should be 🥰 . We feel so happy and appreciate the having such a good experience now 🤗.
Don’t give people your money and time that don’t appreciate it 💵 period! That is the lesson we learned through this horrific experience. I just wish I would have known so I wouldn’t of exposed myself or my family to this ridiculous nonsense 🤔. I especially feel bad for my mom and the kids that still have bad memories and refuse to go there with me 😕
