The best nail salon in town! The staff is so friendly, gentle, thorough, precise, and the prices are excellent. This is the only nail salon I trust to care for my hands / nails. They work so hard to make sure everyone is happy and they make everyone feel like family. I never ever have issues with my nails. They never chip, break, or lift! And that in itself is hard to find. I recommend this place to everyone I know! All of the staff is phenomenal but I specifically ask for Seth. He’s my go-to guy!

Hi, I came into Great Nails for my first ever salon experience a month and a half ago so, I was not aware of salon standards and boy, did they take advantage of me, from price to service.
I did not like the size of my nails, as you can see, they were huge in comparison to my small hands and nailbuds and I was sore for 3-4 days. Since, I have gone to Liz’s nail shop in Newark and it is cheaper, with higher quality products.
We soaked off their set, and found MMA dentistry products on my nails, which was banned in the 70’s. I will be contacting the Ohio State Department board and reporting this, as well as my evidence and receipt. MMA is the same product used for dentures as an adhesive and had I stubbed my toe, or fingers, my entire nail would have came with it. The damage this malpractice has done to my nails, will take 2-3 months to fix on top of the cost of repair.
You can see the products my professional artist used easily coming off, while the MMA stays put.
I also want to note, I paid $171, before tip, for a pedi, mani and I was charged extra for specific colors, jewels and even for the shape I wanted.
Whatever you do, do not go to this salon as the products they are using are illegal and will ultimately damage your nails.
I’m sure the Ohio department will shut them down, if this review doesn’t, as I have proof of my visit and proof of the damage and illegal practices.

I have been going to Great Nails for over a year and I am very pleased with their work. They have a friendly, courteous staff. Although they do not take appointments, they get you in and out quickly. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer a 5% cash discount.

Shhh. . . don’t let the secret out. Lisa at Great Nails is the best! She can do accent nails, she does beautiful French tips, and my nails NEVER get loose or fall off between fills (2-3 weeks). She does an impeccable job with my nails. I have been going to her for almost a year now. I prefer a clean and solid color, but occasionally I have her do designs for special occasions and she does not disappoint. I have had round square, square, and almond acrylics and I’ve had accent nails, white, and many other colors including glitter and the products she uses hold up and last. I’m a single mom with six children in my home and my nails withstand the dishes, scrubbing. even working on my car and home appliances. My natural nails are paper thin and they tear and bend, so having Lisa do acrylics keeps them looking nice and strong. I HIGHLY recommend her. I am not compensated for this review. I am simply a very happy return customer. Great Nails accepts walk ins and you can request which artist you prefer to do your nails. They close at 7 on weekdays and are closed on Tuesdays so I suggest you go before 5pm to secure your spot on the list. I hope you give her a chance to help you look and feel beautiful!

The best! The person who did this set is named Chea and he was so nice and talented. He was working so quickly and precise. I was very impressed at how quickly and skilled he worked. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted because I don’t get my nails done often, so I don’t know much about what options are available, and he was very patient and understanding and helped me figure things out. I had a great time at the salon. The whole staff is very friendly and talented. It’s also a beautiful salon. Very good environment. I always recommend them to my friends.
