I believe the manager did my hair today. I have to say this place always does a spectacular job. But, today I get to replace my hair cut photo I have been using for 3 years now. It looks great, I feel great. A great experience.

Easy to check in online. They do a consistent good job on my sons hair. My son is a toddler who has autism, and everyone here has always taken good care and shown an understanding of how to cut hair for a person with severe sensory issues.

Absolutely the worst way to service a haircut. I signed in on line and showed up when it told me to but they had kicked me off the system and put me in the back of the line. They said that the estimated wait time must have moved back and since I wasn’t already there they took me off. I asked if they could just fix it and give me the haircut at the time they promised and they refused.
Also they cut the hell out of my neck trying to give me a fade.

I recommend you never get your hair cut here. I went in for a hair cut right before closing and the lady who cut my hair met me with attitude. I could tell she was upset she had to take a customer 20 minutes before the store closed. But it’s her job to treat each customer the same within regular business hours reguardless if it’s close to closing time, she could’ve asked me to come back tomorrow if it was going to be this bad. I showed her a picture of exactly how I would’ve liked it to be cut. Told her to do a 1 on the side and not to take too much off the top. When she finished after rushing her way through the whole hair cut. I saw that she cut it WAY shorter than I wanted (I couldn’t see during because my glasses were off) and it looked nothing like how I asked her to cut it with the picture as reference.
