I went in on Monday afternoon. I only had to wait a few minutes. My stylist, Terri, did a great job. She cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. She was friendly and upbeat. Great Clips is lucky to have such a knowledgeable stylist. Keep up the good work.

Even tho my 14 month won’t stay still and I get someone who knows what they are doing its a good place to get a young child’s hair cut

Got a haircut for myself and my 4 boys. One of my little guys was scared and they took the time to work with him until he was comfortable. Still managed to get us in and out quickly and everyone looked great.

Terrible wait time and terrible hair cuts. They CANNOT DO A FADE. Nobody at Great Clips is capable. This is a “shame on me” moment as THREE times in a row have I paid 20 dollars to have my hair mangled. It is why I keep getting it short because nobody at Great Clips knows how to cut men’s hair! A fade! A very very basic men’s hair cut! Multiple people at Great Clips fail! They don’t even know what a fade is!!!! Don’t waste your money here! Three times in a row for me and now I look like a buffoon until I go to an actual barber or I just use beard trimmers and do a better job myself!

I know this review seems frantic and maybe hyperbolic. But seriously I am upset and Great Clips has done a terrible, terrible job three times in a row now. That isn’t counting the spotty service over the years. I am ashamed of myself for still going to this horrible hair salon. Honestly these people are supposed to be professional or have some ability. They go to school and pay for the school. How then can they massacre a basic hair style over and over?

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SONS HERE. We have given them a chance 3 times now and each time they do a horrible job with short boy’s cuts. It would seem that no one there knows how to do a simple fade. You can see the cutting line and the back just looks awful.
