The lively young lady who trimmed my hair was sweet and talkative without being too chatty. My hair just needed a trim, and she didn’t pressure me into more or try to oversell me products. This was a great experience. I made an appointment online, and she was ready when I arrived. TY GreatCuts!

We went in to have our favorite hair stylist, Jessica, cut my son’s hair. She did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone should go in and ask for her!
That being said, there was another stylist in there riding around on a rolling chair being very unprofessional. I think that should probably not be happening while the store is open….after hours, go for it, but when there are paying customers in the place, they should not be flying around on a rolling chair making noise and who knows if you might hit a customer or something.
Anyway, my son left the shop very very happy with his haircut, so thank you Jessica! Also, we were greeted very kindly when we walked in! Thanks for the good service (for the majority)of our visit!

Great clips my one place to get a hair cut. Well at least it was.. unfortunately. I know the hours of operation and today getting off of work kind of late. I made it across town at a decent pace. Pulled into great clips front counter with 6 mins til closing. The open sign still turned on and then got neglected. It takes 5 mins to cut my hair whatever is left of it haha. because iam going bald. I really don’t think they would neglect a paying customer if the owner or manager were present. Businesses that respect the hours of operation have my business 100 percent. Yes I’ve been in their shoes, I’ve worked in a similar position were you work with people. It happens I would feel tired at the end of the day and people show up last minute OMG! Those people are more likely to refer your business to a friend or coworker. And much more.

Staff is rude and insulting. Waited and hour and half. For a 43 min wait. Went in with a friend. She was able to get her hair cut. Went in at the same time. Called me back then told me I had another 15 min wait. Upset me.
