My husband took my son to get his hair cut an hour ago and he was telling me that the girl that was cutting it didn’t even know how to, as she kept asking her coworker how to do it and the coworker even stepped in to help her cut it. My son’s hair came out horrible I will never be taking him in I’m very disappointed.

Nice people, not really the best haircut. Good place to go to if you’re looking for a cheap quick haircut with some thing that you will have to touch up a little bit yourself haircut feels a little rushed when you’re there doesn’t really feel like a lot of effort into your haircut. I would say if you want to spend a few bucks more go to Sport Clips, you’ll get a bit better haircut and a rinse.

Went last night (2/15/24) to get my son’s haircut. The women who did it was SO RUDE. I was kinda taken back by her whole attitude the second we walked in. She was not warm to my son who has haircut anxiety and she was yanking his head around super hard. She never hardly even spoke to him throught the whole haircut or acknowledged him as a person. When he sat down and I told her we just wanted to trim his hair up and take some of the weight out of it she snapped back at me “what is a trim ma’am” and did a small eye roll. Lady- if you hate your job that much, don’t do it anymore because all you did was make my son not want to get his haircut even more after I convinced him to just come get a trim. Then she charged me full adult price instead of kids price. I was so mad and irritated and I didnt want to go off on her so I just paid and left. I did tip her $3 because I come from the service industry and she still did cut his hair (some) but I will never go back to this location. Train your people in customer service better or do something about this rude as frick stylist. My father in law goes here and suggested it to us but I’m not even sure he’ll go back. Disrespectful and not a standard great clips claims to hold their staff to.

Awful! The gal butchered my daughter’s hair.. it was suppose to be a couple inches below her shoulders we showed a picture and she chopped it like a Bob cut and is not even straight! We are very upset my daughter cried all the way home and is still 😢 😭 can the owner some how make this right???

Worst haircut in my entire life. The “hairdresser” (and I use the term loosely) was a) pissed off that I was there, but tried to hide her irritation b) very unprofessional and asked the dumbest questions c) cut my hair so short I will have to go buy a wig and d) She didn’t listen, shushed me when I suggested how to cut MY HAIR. I would post a picture but it’s too embarrassing. Do not go here. Ever. Shave your own head with a broken rock. It will look better than if you go here.
