If I could give zero stars I would. Took my daughter in to cut her hair. We were donating it. Should of only been cut to her shoulders. Ended up just above her jaw. And no where near even. When asked if it looked good, I just said yes cause I didn’t want them to touch her hair anymore. Went to a friend to have it fixed. Let’s just say her hair is now cheekbone short when it should of only been shoulder length….

Sarah at Great Clips is amazing. She is great at doing designs in hair. We found a picture of a hair design on google that my son liked and she was able to recreate it so well. She was open to do whatever he wanted. This design was simple enough it was done super fast. If you have a kiddo who wants designs in their hair or are an adventurous adult who wants to do something fun she’s great! We will definitely be coming back to experiment with some other fun designs when his hair grows out. She was also able to trim my hair which I’m very protective of and she didn’t take off too much like so many other stylists do all too often.

I had my last–and I mean my VERY last–“Great” Clips buzz cut a little over a week ago. I brought along a photo of the style I wanted, and, oh yes, the stylist could do that. She started on the back, and it was not until she moved to the sides that I could see she was absolutely scalping me! I was upset, but by then had no choice but to let her finish. To make matters worse, the stylist in the station next to us started in about how most customers coming in don’t know what they want, expect the stylist to read their minds, etc. etc. I’m a 71-year-old woman. Buzz cuts are NOT my style; she left my hair maybe an inch long at the longest! I had hoped for a soft, feminine cut but ended up with a blend of Romulan and Marine. She wouldn’t even feather the bangs, not that I had any left. Plus, they’ve raised their prices. Now that my hair has grown a little I see one side noticeably longer than the other. Also, those “crazy” cowlicks she was going to take care of are sticking straight out all over. They say the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is two weeks. In my case it’ll probably be three or four. By then maybe I can go out without a cap. At any rate, I’ll never go back to this chop shop.

So I waited over an hour for a cut, finally got a stylist, I showed her a photo and she prepped me and sprayed down my head with water, then told me she’s not good at the haircut I showed her before I sat down. So I wasted my time, and left with my Hair soaking wet, in the winter time. I will never go back, it was a horrible experience.
