I’ve been to this location about four times now and had multiple techs. Each time I have left happy with my nails and my nails are healthy and exactly what I asked for. The staff are kind and give good feedback, so it feels like you’re really able to collaborate to get the look right. I have to keep my nails short for work and have never been able to find a place that is able to do quality designs on my nails until now. Love it here, highly recommend.

Went to Nancy, she was amazing. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I got a design and she totally nailed it. Will be coming back!!

When i made my appointment, i was asked to pick the person I wanted to do my nails with for a reason, right? This is the second time without them saying anything to me, that I did not get the person I requested! Why?

My nails are also way too short! I was asked if I wanted a certain length, but they kept filing them! Ask after you are done filing!

Also, the design on my fingers and toes should have looked like the pictures! I understand you wanted the fireworks in the middle, but you put them in the middle and didn’t finish! I even asked if the white polish would be added like in the photo and Jason looks at me with a surprise on his face! Why not do the design like it shows in the photo, instead of doing what you wanted to do? I had to go home and finish it!
It was expensive and this is something I could have done myself! It was a waste of money and I will not be back!
When a customer shows you a photo, do the designs on how it shows in the photo!

Great customer service, they are beyond nice. Good atmosphere and the shop is so cute!! My nail tech paid such close attention to my nails and they turned out amazing!! Loving the chrome look
