Took these photos three days after I got this set! Already cracked (they are sooooo thin, you can see my nail under the left corner of the thumb) and don’t look good at all. From a glance super cute, I’ve had people ask where I got them because they’re cute then they see the problem.
There are gaps where the tips aren’t glued to my actual nail. I asked for hearts and got two different sizes, the X and O are stickers on my daughter’s nails but poorly drawn on mine. I also asked for matching with my daughter and they started doing flowers on hers. I don’t have flowers on mine? lol
I have given several chances and they ALWAYS come out rushed and not looking good, or really flimsy. I had to have a guy get all the extra stuff off of my fingers around the nail and on the back of the nail because it was literally glued to my skin and in the gaps, after she had finished my set and had already moved onto the next person.
My daughter is eight years old and I asked for her to have matching. The nail did whatever she wanted and left my daughter sitting by herself when I ran to the bathroom to run and work on the next client. Her polish was not smooth and she was not finished yet she was sitting at the drying area alone when I came out of the bathroom. I had to have the guy fix her nails too!
Also, the lady was on her phone most of the service. Answering calls, and trying to hide it when she was texting like I wasn’t sitting there waiting on her to finish.

I paid for the volcano pedicure which should have included 32 min massage- she did 5 min for each leg and did not even massage them- just ran her hands up and down- then 7 min on my neck/shoulders but used some Chinese oil that burned me, I ended up getting a rash. She cut my toes and did not even paint my whole nail. I am very disappointed.

i get my toes done here all the time! they have amazing customer service majority of the time , you just have to be patient with them lol they get busy ! this is 2 weeks and they still look good !

I would give 9 stars if I could. Young guy said he was treating my ingrown toe nail and all I asked for was FRENCH TIPS on my real manicured toenails. He cut the big toe in half slanted and left my feet looking hideous when that’s not the service I asked for and it was Mother’s Day. He ruined my holiday and toenails because it took all year to get my toenail to grow back properly. This was Mother’s Day weekend of “23”! And I’m still mad! And they still charged me full price even though they screwed my feet up!

It was me & my sisters first time going to this salon. it was so nice & had great service. i got my nails done by sandy. I love how she took time with my nails & made sure i liked the design, color & shape. they even offered us drinks & had nice conversations. they’re very nice there. the price is alright & i have no complaints.
