I usually have the best service. Today I had the opposite. I do my nails at home all the time but I needed them professionally done for some modeling photos upcoming in the next two days. These pics are from the second time I asked them to paint the nails. Polish was all over my hands and the nail tech’s hands. Messy, sloppy, gloppy. The first application I said maybe it’s the polish, let’s change the polish. It was the tech. They tried to tell me they’re not perfect. I said no one is, but they are the nail experts and it doesn’t take an expert to see this is poor. Dark lint and lint from the cotton is stuck all over and under the top coat. They said the top coat would even things out. In the end they took pictures to show the manager. How about not gaslighting customers into thinking this was a good experience when in the end you’re documenting proof of how awful and horrible it was. Also I need to mention the dropping of tools on the floor and continuing to use them. I should have asked to see her license. This was such a horrible experience.
