First time at Grand Palais and I loved it. Eddie is the guy but I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and the massage chair. I do t normally get my nails or feet done but I think that’s about to change. Even though I have to keep my nails short to play my instrument they still looks good.

The only place I’ll go in Greenville. I’ve never experienced the level of care and service at a salon. Mai, personally, has mastered both service and human connection. I absolutely adore her and the entire staff.

Great service with friendly staff. I can ask for any design. Appointments is a must as this salon is busy. They also have a new massage and facial specialist. She is wonderful.

EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter what time or what service I get, the folks at this establishment are nothing but TOP NOTCH! They do the very best they can to accommodate everyone who walks through the door. Even people who show up late. If Eddie happens to be running behind (which doesn’t happen often) the staff offers me a beverage and if they can, they will start my service until Eddie can get to me. I’ve never had a bad experience. The salon is clean and everyone is kind and fun to be around. If you haven’t tried them..please do! You won’t regret it! 😉
