I will not be back. I scheduled 3 manicures and pedicures for my 3 daughters. I was told there are only 2 employees so the 3rd will have to wait and I said that was fine. So I dropped 2 of them off, then when I came in with the 3rd I got yelled at because we weren’t there. He said he could have done the 3rd one at the same time somehow. So then my 3rd daughter didn’t want a pedicure so then I got yelled at for that… I’ve never been treated so rudely at a nail salon.

Critical: Professionalism
I came for an appointment with my sister to get my nails done for her wedding. The owner was rude to us because we made a appointment for a “manicure” but wanted acrylic, I’ve called nail salons before and have never had to specify. Then they told they couldn’t do acrylic, so as I waited for my sister to be done they agreed to do my acrylic nails. But as I was doing my nails I was told by the man doing my nails that the shape I choose for my nails would not look good on me. Then as I was looking at my nails I noticed the there were still some filling to be done and As I told
Him, he yelled at me to wait! And told me he wasn’t finished yet and that I need to be patience. It had been a long time since I had gotten my nails done and was unsure of the process but a simple “yes, well get to that soon” would have been great rather than being yelled at. Getting my nails done was supposed to be fun but I was treated rudely and unprofessional. I do not recommend this nail salon. And to top it all off my nails began to peel after 5 days and there’s a dent in my nail!

Wonderful mani pedi experience again today! I have been coming to this place for years now and love the owners and their family that works there too! I am disheartened to hear even witnessing this morning there was a no show without the person even being courteous enough to call to cancel the appointment. I realize emergencies come up and those are understandable. However, the owners lose an opportunity to fill the spot when a person is not responsible enough to call when they need to cancel. If we don’t want the owners to collect a deposit and bill for no shows like other places do, then we need to treat them with respect. It would be great if people would extend the same courtesy if you are running late for your appointment too. It only takes a minute to call. The other concern I have to share is the owners raising their rate by only $5.00 for their mani pedi after not having a rate increase for 10 yrs! Everything has had a rate increase during that time and I feel they more than deserve it but that doesn’t mean decrease your tip appreciation for their time to offset the rate increase. They are self employed owners offering a business in Laramie when they could run their business in a bigger city making more than they do now. Let’s all continue to support Grand Nails & Spa! Thank you for your time in reading this review.

Nice people but don’t know what they are doing ! My daughter had a full set put on she had to remove them the guy didn’t build the apex and sanded so much on the sides of her nails she had to take them off from pain also because he didn’t do them right very disappointing ! As for myself my gel is coming off and we just had them done Thursday seriously not a good experience I won’t be going back ever !!!!!!!!

I’ve gone to this establishment a few times. It’s clean, fair prices, and staff is mostly friendly. I get my eye brows waxed here and I am always happy with the results. However, when it comes to nails I’ve had varying experiences. My experience with dip nails has been great. A little pricy but not bad The two ladies that work here are amazing. They are kind, listen to what you want, and take their time. The man however, rushes through his work and is almost rude when you point something out that you’re unhappy with. As a costumer I am going to be a little particular about the service I’m receiving if I am going to be paying for it. I left today with 2-3 nails that aren’t completely filled in and are not consistent in shape or length. These nails are also crooked. When I noticed that 2-3 of the nails weren’t completely filled in (I’ve had nails for years I know what they need to look like) he laughed, said to trust his process, and that he’d fix it later. It didn’t get fixed and I was too afraid to bring it up again. Many of my fingers are sore and bleeding from the filing.
