Worst experience. Very rude & got reprimanded for changing my mind on color once, while he still shaping nails. The person I had could not take any sort of constructive feedback- very much my way or the high way and customer is wrong. Ego is too high. I’ve been here multiple times and had great experiences with ladies I had before until today. Ruined the experience and will not come back. My nails are rough and not smooth, not the way they usually are when I get them done here. Absolutely awful service.

I’m sharing this experience from last month because I’m looking at my right hand having dry hangnails. Only my right hand. The nail tech did not trim my right hand cuticles. I noticed it right away. Subtle mishap or was this on purpose? Several nail salons in the western suburbs are subtly purposely making mistakes. This is my 3rd salon. What was your experience?
