A friend recommended this place and we were excited to check it out. Made appointments for my mom and I at the same time in advance. Received multiple confirmation texts. When we showed up, we were sat down and someone started her manicure immediately. No one said anything to me and after 15 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be until someone could start on my nails. She mentioned that they’d had a lot of walk ins that morning. It’s frustrating that walkins would take priority over someone with an appointment. My manicure started 45 minutes late and my mom was already done with hers so then she had to just sit there and wait for me. The color books were all beat up and tattered but we both picked our colors. The color was completely wrong on my mom’s manicure and when we tried asking they said the color samples were for gel and not dip which we were getting. We asked why we were given the gel samples and they said there aren’t dip samples and that they just “do their best” to pick a dip that matches the gel color you choose. Not ideal and no one said anything about that. She’d picked a nice soft pink and her nails were a milky white. The gel removing dremmel tool his my moms fingers several times to the point where there was raw skin. When it was my turn, my nails were cut shorter than I’d asked and then they were uneven on one side across all 10 fingers so she had to file them down even more. They look very stumpy now and the final product is very sloppy. Truly looks like I painted my nails with my non dominant hand! I have remnants of the products all under my nails and all over my cuticles. We really wanted to like this place, but we will not return unfortunately.

Had a nice experience! I needed a last minute appointment on a Sunday for my birthday and they were able to fit us in. My husband got a pedicure and manicure and I got my gel nails removed and a new set applied. My husband’s nail tech did a great job but he complained a toenail got cut a little short on one foot but he seemed happy and his heals and feet were soft when we were done. My Nail tech James was amazing, he jokes he’s the Jame’s Bond of nails and I would have to agree. He was gentle but thorough took any criticism I had with grace and did a fab job. I wanted a color they no longer had and he found the most beautiful natural clear pink for my nails and a week later they look just as amazing as when I got them done. I prefer only two layers of color on so they look natural and not too thick and he delivered! Honestly one of THE best manicures I’ve had since moving here over a year ago. He’s officially my nail tech and I promised him I would come back to do a fun color for Valentine’s Day 🥰. I’m excited to see him again and get a pretty read color for the holiday.

I never thought I had to experience the manager several times asking me to pay the extra ($1 or $8, the difference; I am not sure I understand what she said) after I paid $120 in total the day before. Unbelievable!

I also feel bad about the girl redoing my nails since she is not the same one I tipped before. She begged me the whole time for tips. She asked me if I had cash or if there was an ATM in the store. She stated this nail salon does not pay her hourly. She works gratuity only. Either she lied, or this salon rules out their labor laws.

Good management could easily approach this by telling me, “We are sorry about your nail-chipped one day. Here, we arranged other services to fix your nails at no additional charge. And we hope to see you again.” Instead of letting the staff ask for tips from the customer, the manager should take care of their employees by telling them they will pay them for fixing our customers’ nails and that we appreciate your help.

I’m done with this nail Solon. I do not recommend it if you expect good customer service. And for the business, if you think the customers should pay for your mistakes and other craps, you need to readjust your expectations.

This place is gorgeous on the inside . But the nail quality is terrible I got my nails done 5 days ago and today is my 2nd time having to come back in for a nail fix because the nails keep chipping . . Then on top of that the guy who was fixing my nail had a bad attitude . I tried asking him to go over all my nails so I can stop making a trip to salon . Of course he didn’t want to hear me out and cut me off while speaking , telling me to wait for him to finish fixing my nail . I Spent 120 on my nails just for them to chip away 1 day later and then to have a nail tech with a bad attitude . No thank you .

Grand Nails Is a very busy salon, and quite impressive. I had a basic pedicure. My technician was.May, who performed wonderfully, and with great care, making sure I was satisfied with everything she did.
