First time I went they were great! My dip manicure lasted 3 weeks!! Second time they were sloppy looking and now most of my nails are chipping within a week. Worst of all when I asked to get a manicure at a discount the next weekend the last refused and said I had to come now. Working mom here and a manicure during the week is not possible. Lady on phone was rude and not amenable. Won’t be going back!

Good experience in the salon, however my manicure barely lasted 1 week for SNS. I’ve already had one nail break/repaired and the rest are chipping, this was way too expensive of a manicure for the quality I received.

Very friendly service & the shop was well organized & clean. Very clean bathrooms as well. Some issues with my nails (not fully painted down sides, tech encouraged some nail art..but wasn’t the most symmetrical, one unevenly shaped nail etc). These things happen and it’s my responsibility to examine and speak up prior to leaving, alas, I did not, and was def less than enthusiastic when I noticed these issues on my way home bc my acrylic fill/cut down/nail art service bill was 85.00 prior to my tip.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. All crooked. Uneven acrylic layering. Even the polish is uneven. I asked for acrylics with pink French tip, however my manicurist I got didn’t know how to do a French tip. You saw the plasic nail right under. I asked if he could put a skin tone base down and then do the pink tip and he didn’t understand. I said to then just paint all of it pink. I asked if I could get a letter N on my ring fingers. He didn’t understand and said, glitter? And I said no. But for real all the nails are crooked. And are wavy and uneven, they’re lumpy. On half the nails one side is rounded and one is pointy for the coffin nails I requested.

Loved it! I went in for mani pedi with a pretty compressed timeline. Two technicians worked on me and got it done in record time. Andy suggested I change my shape and I took a leap after 16 years with the same shape. The dip powder is amazing- got just the color I wanted and is still going strong after more than 10 days. If I lived close by this would be my go to place.
