I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Sarah, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sarah’s professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made my visit truly enjoyable.

From the moment I walked into the salon, Sarah made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to listen to my preferences and provided valuable suggestions that suited my style perfectly. Her expertise and skill were evident in every step of the process.

The nail design Sarah created for me was nothing short of stunning. She meticulously ensured that each nail was flawlessly shaped and polished, resulting in a beautiful and long-lasting manicure. I have received numerous compliments on my nails, all thanks to Sarah’s incredible work.

I love the fact they do the pedicure and manicure at the same time with 2 technicians. Definitely makes the errand of getting your nails done not as time consuming! Facility to spotless and clean. Unlimited amount of colors and products. They also recently added wine so it is definitely my go to spot now!

Sarah did an amazing job! I initially went in for a take off, this not being my usual nail salon. I was asked if I wanted a full set , I declined but then showed a picture of what I wanted done and asked if it was possible. I was told no but then Sarah took a look at my design picture and said she could do it. I am glad I took a chance because I’m in love with my nails! Shape was precise, design and overall experience was great! Thank you Sarah ! 💓

We had a terrible experience with one of the technicians here who did a full set of tips for 15 yr old daughter. See picture below. My poor daughter was in tears when we left at the job the technician did.

When we went back to ask that they redo them, the technician spoke to my daughter harshly and told her that she did what she asked for. I insisted that the nails were crooked and again asked that they redo them. She grabbed my daughter’s hand and told me they were fine.

Eventually, the man at the front offered for the same technician to redo them and they’d only charge me for taking the current nails off. I agreed and we made another appt to do that. About an hour later, I got a call asking to reschedule the appt.

The way the technician treated us was unacceptable, especially with the poor job she did. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed my daughter. We are writing off the $75 we spent here and will avoid going back. Customer service is important!
