Go Grand Mart hair store is a rip off if you find what you want and you pick up the wrong item and you try to bring it back they won’t even exchange your product even if the product hasn’t been damaged or open and you have a receipt I want to store that I can trust and stand behind their products meaning if I get the wrong one, they’re willing to return it for the right one. I give them one star I advise anyone to not go to their store. Find another beauty supply Waba beauty Hair supply is two blocks down the street their service is amazing and they’re always willing to help and make the customer feel appreciated. OK

I could literally spend all day here! Their selection of wigs and braid in hair is phenomenal! The accessory selection as well as the products they have to offer are like no other store locally ,in which I have been too yet anyways . If your looking for the perfect wig to fit into any look you may want then go here literally this place has it all!!! Definitely recommend!!

My first time here the place had a pretty decent selection to choose from. They had security at the door, and I felt like security was following me around, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. The lady behind the counter was kind of friendly, but not super friendly, and I had to tell her to come out and show me what I was asking for instead of putting me in the direction, which didn’t help at all Again did not feel comfortable with security. Follow me around the store like I was going to steal something I have a small hair business and was not impressed with the customer service at all whatsoever. I would only come back if I have to, and they need to know that everybody that comes in there is not a thief and they don’t need security. follow them around the store like they’re going to steal somethingmakes people very uncomfortable

Love this store, wish I didn’t have to feel like a criminal or like I’m bothering people because of like to see something in the car or behind counter. He up in Philly so kinda used to it so it won’t stop my show.
Maybe I appear to be out of place idk but I assure you I am not lol.
I always spend money even when I come to just see what’s there I always end up buying. And 9/10 times great quality units. They last a long time even synthetics. And this is from someone who installs every unit and wears them for a few weeks, even synthetic.
Great prices and items you won’t find anywhere else. I prefer this location can’t speak for the rest.

I’m just going to say I’m happy they had the same exact color I brought from a different store. My hair was half done buy now I get to finish it yay! The have a wide variety too! Prices varies and can be steep on some products.
