I had the deluxe pedicure, and it felt basic. I think it was the technician I had; she seemed very shy and possibly new. My massage on my legs was the worst part because it barely existed, which is what I was most looking forward to. I am also concerned about the sanitation of tools. The woman I had put the tools she used was back in her box, and she had just come from another pedicure! I did not see any sanitizing done.
When I entered the business, I was immediately greeted with kindness and seated in a chair (I went on Monday, June 3). I noticed they did not wipe down the chairs after each person, and with it being a bit warm in the salon, the lady before me had sweat in their chair. I felt like I was I. Austria again (their AC is poor there). Please turn down the AC and clean the chairs after each person. The $98 I spent did not match the service I received. That being said, I really want this business to flourish and will give it one more try. Please make the change I mentioned; I will

I have to say service was beautiful, not a problem there. They were very kind. but I was over charged by far. Paid 65 for a pedicure when I told the lady I wanted the 45 dollar one….and then paid 130 for some basic nails. So after I tipped both people 20 before I knew my total, my total was 192. 230 altogether, No thank you. Simply because of the price I won’t go back unfortunately.

I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and had the best experience. They allowed me to sit and wait in a pedicure massage chair rather than in the front until someone was able to get me. They were very friendly, engaged with their customers and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Kimmy did my pedicure and I absolutely adored her! She talked off and on the whole time and did not rush through the pedicure at all. I expressed to her that I had an in-grown bothering me and she took her time working on that for me which was so appreciated. Kaden did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. He listened whenever I explained what I wanted (even though it was basic) and I could tell they truly care about the health of your nails. They are pricier than other places I’ve been but worth it in my opinion for a great experience and service. I will absolutely be back and recommend Gossip Nails to others.

I’ll never go there. Not only are the prices for a simple pedicure way overpriced but the workers are so rude! Literally treat the clients like their nothing. Not one person smiled either. Never again. Much better places in midland with way better customer service
