I visited Holly on 3/6/2024 for a gel manicure and a brow wax. I think I found my regular salon after numerous disappointing try’s around NW Tucson. Clean relaxing and friendly. I love my nails!

So when I came to get my nails done the first time the staff was so nice when I called and asked to come in at 5:30 for an appointment. My nails came out great and I was very happy with them.

I called to get an appointment for me and my friend for a 6pm appointment and they were very rude about it. Wouldn’t you be happy that I’m calling ahead? And it’s okay to say no and to offer another day. But the attitude was uncalled for. I won’t be returning here.

I did not like the “options” they had and on top of that my nails looked wonky! I wish I had taken a picture to show how uneven, difference in texture/thickness that the nails were! Reminded me of that dumb TikTok voice “This is what I wanted see the pastels, this is what I got” I already got them replaced so I can’t take pictures! But just know it’s like going to nail techs straight out of school that didn’t put the hours in practicing and barely passed their practical! I will say the only redeeming quality was she was pleasant to talk to.
