Left a bad review before because the nails fell off after only 2 days but they let us come back to have them redone free of charge, so they will do what they can to do right by the customer, which is always greatly appreciated.

Absolutely love this salon, number one in Independence. They are always open early around 8:30am and the entire staff is skilled and professional. My nails last weeks after getting them done here.

**THE MOST UNSANITARY NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO**
The worst salon experience I have ever experienced in my entire life.
They reuse The stones on your feet the lady that stone on my feet to make them soft. It was so worn out and nasty looking. THEN SHE WASHED IT OFF AND PUT IT BACK TO BE REUSED! They messed up my acrylic toes and made them crooked, and when I told them to politely fix it, they just looked at me and ignored me. Then when I had my manicure, she messed up my nails four times and made them crooked and every time I told her to fix them she would huff and puff and get irritated.
I wanted a very simple nail design with a butterfly and on my ring finger 444 and she made it very sloppy and I asked her if she can make it like the picture and she said no?!
Worst money I’ve ever spent I will never come back here again I’m truly disappointed. Honestly pissed. I’ve never had such a horrible yet nasty mail experience In My life!!

I always come here and tip really good. Well today’s my birthday and they ruined my birthday nails. And I felt very rushed. It was a very simple design and my lines are all messed up and I am in tears. I’m running late to my birthday luncheon so I have no time to go back in and have them fix the lines. I paid $75

I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I went in for a pedicure and left with crooked French tips, unevenly clipped toe nails and nails that weren’t even completely covered in polish. After politely asking the nail tech to make them more even, correct the polish etc., I was told she couldn’t because of my nail. However, I came home and was able to file it down perfectly fine. I didn’t like that my request went ignored for a service I’m paying for.
