Absolutely horrible horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They butchered my nails and refused to accept what they did when I told them I’ve been in pain for 4 days and probably going to continue being in pain for weeks. My nails are definitely not going to heal until the next month. They were extremely defensive when I went back and complained. I would literally pay you to not go to this place. Absolutely no accountability.

Today I came to get a new set, because it hasn’t been a week and my dip powder is already badly chipped. The lady was beyond rude, blaming the issue on me instead of taking accountability for the horrible job she did. She also pouted around the salon, gossiping about me because I didn’t want her to do my new set. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Helen has a deft hand and helped make the entire experience painless. Manicure/pedi, and a back wax for this Mexiwegian was made lovely. The gals are personable, skilled, and accept walk-ins! Definitely enjoy the shiatsu massage chairs while getting the toes worked on 🙌 They give cash discounts 😉

I am extremely disappointed!! I left with my finger tips covered in white nail polish. How could you call that a finished manicure?? I could have done a much better job myself.

I called and asked them how much nail removal would be and she said $15. When I went to pay she charged me $30 for the “manicure.” There’s no manicure, my cuticle beds are bleeding. Do not recommend
