This place is one of the cutest ever two stars for the decor as for the service not very friendly walked in nobody said hello just ask if I wanted my nails done I did the pedicure which was the basic I always get the basic at other nail salons and they do foot soaking first Some foot scrub and a leg massage and after they do put lotion on me this place their basic pedicure is less than basic put the water in the tub but nothing else in there my foot was in there literally less than a minute no lotion no leg massage I will give it another try to up my review but for now it stays at two stars there is a coupon that says 30% off new customers for all services but they will not honor it it’d be nice if they would remove that from their ad and if you can see the toe area they look worse than when I went in

Jimmy is the best nail tech ever, love my nails every single time. I love this nail salon!! Everyone is super super nice and actually care about your nails and how they look! I’ll never go to another nail salon again!

I’ve been serviced at this salon a few times. Each time it seems to get worse. This last time was the worse it has been. It’ll be my last time going. I’m SO embarrassed. I get my nails done almost every two weeks. Simple acrylic overlay on my natural nails. Well, this time they set me up with a different nail tech than before. She did an acrylic ombré overlay as requested. However, the acrylic is SO thick. I mentioned it to her during the service and she said “DON’T WORRY HONEY” so i hoped she would eventually fix it. It wasn’t until yesterday at work a co-worker said “omg your nail is about to come off” as in she thought my nails were press ons because the acrylic is SO thick lying on top of my nail. I’m so embarrassed to walk around like this with people noticing. She also broke my middle finger nail when removing the older acrylic and left it misshaped. Got them done on 5/25. Pics taken on 5/29

Mostly a friendly staff. The decor is gorgeous. Service is okay…
I probably won’t go back after the 30% discount is over. First, time I visited I got a manicure and gel polish. The gel polish in the picture is only 8 days old!! I thought gel was supposed to last at least 2 weeks?! At least the other salons I’ve visited it lasted that long, or longer. Also, the second time I visited (to have the gel removed) I waited 30min before anyone spoke to me. I asked for gel removal and just regular polish. I said no need for mani because I just had one. She did one and charged me for it anyway🙄 Oh well… I tried this place out.

The polish was “picked” at, because it was lifting!!! The lifted polish was getting stuck on anything I touched and it was ANNOYING! Gel polish should most definitely last longer than 8 days!! Don’t try to blame that, on your customer! Do better. And when I called to make an appointment, the person I talked to said “no appointment needed, come in and we will see you right away” 🤨

Let’s start with the five star positives: Beautiful salon. The counters, bathroom, sinks, mani/pedi areas were spotless and a short wait time. They also acknowledged me right away which was nice and instead of the 30% they have dropped it to 20% off which is still nice. Lastly there were plenty of nail colors to choose from and my mom’s tech, Jimmy, was amazing. The negatives? My nail tech …I haven’t had my nails done in over a year and I opted for a $40 shellac manicure. She literally took 15 minutes!! I was floored by how fast and sloppy of a job she did. She barely cut any cuticles and when she was filing my nails she kept filing my skin underneath the nail and my nails were not even short. I think she was just being lazy and sloppy. She also didn’t put the polish as close as possible so it looks like it’s been a few days already. Such a disappointment and the color (51) looked different on my nail so that was also disappointing. I was looking for a light pink/purple hue and I got a bright pink color. Lastly, but most importantly…she didn’t use the sealed in a bag sanitized nail cutters and cuticle trimmers like the other manicurists. I noticed Jimmy using them for my mom. Long story short? I will be going to Jimmy on my next visit to give them a second chance. Wish me luck and that they last 2 weeks!
