The people are lovely but I had a very disappointing experience the last time I was there. I simply got a dip manicure and was there for 2 hours! The nice lady who did my nails had some issues with the dip which is fine, things happen, but the disappointment is they did nothing to compensate me for my time. Not super happy with the manicure either. They are thicker than normal and have chips after a week. I was late for an appointment because of how long it took and they offered nothing. They charged me full price for a 2 hour manicure that she had to fix multiple times and it would have been nice if they offered something.

I always love my nails every time I come, and never fails. My feet is done like never before this is the only place I will come to. It’s clean, they calm they play music and TRAN IS AMAZING!!! She kills it every time

I got a full acrylic set done Nov 19, struggled typing for work and decided I’d let them come off on their own. February! I lost 2 today, almost 3 full months without fill!
Only downside is cost but they are around the average and pure strength of them is worth it.
