Great owners, super friendly, and very patient with my nails when I had questions.

3 days later over a relaxing -do- nothing weekend…most nails already lifted after paying so much money. So disappointed.

If they had simply not done a good job, I wouldn’t leave a negative review. I’ve had FAR WORSE nail service and avoided the review and let them fix it. They were kind. I was kind. But I happen to believe that rude people shouldn’t be providing these types of services where the customer is likely there to catch a break and do something for themselves.

My nail tech lacked the minimal kindness needed for basic customer service. I misunderstood and then declined a way he was going to do the nails. I was honestly used to my regular tech and how she did them. I wanted it my regular way.

He didn’t explain himself at all and that it was only needed for one nail on each hand. I understand that could be annoying to him. I get it. I’M SORRY, but here we are and one nail is sad.

He ended up correcting ONE nail over the misunderstanding. I told him to fix it however he wanted and I’ll be happy. I was fine with anything. I was not an upset or complaining customer.

After this, He would not stop commenting on how this was my fault because he knew this would happen. He made it so awkward. I went there to get my nails done in peace, not to be reprimanded and told I need to let the “nail tech do their job”.

I end up telling him that I felt like he wasn’t being very gracious over the misunderstanding and didn’t say another word.

He clearly was annoyed and wanted me out of his chair…so no bother cleaning up at the end. If I wanted polish all over my skin, I’d do them at home.

This is my favorite place. The lady who did my mani pedi was so great this time too. She was a master cosmetologist. So she does it all. But she was Professional. Attention to detail. And I have never had my polish stay on this long. I’m impressed. The pedicure was so luxurious and quiet and relaxing. Best massage ever. Can’t wait to come back.

I’ve been looking and trying out new places since I moved here. I had two ladies who had nice nails tell me about Mi. Went in today and she was great! Listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the work. She is now my go to girl for nails!

I always enjoy coming here! They were busy but I only spent about an hour and a half in total and she did such a good job. I’ve never loved my nails more!
