Obsessed! I was referred to Nini by a friend after my long time nail tech moved out of state.. I was nervous seeing that I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at nail salons in the past. This was one of the best I’ve ever had! Nini is super personable and down to earth, she made me feel so comfortable, it felt like it wasn’t even my first time there.. they offer many services from nails and facials to permanent makeup. They go by appointment only so definitely plan ahead, it’s worth it. Overall, I love my nails and already made my next appointment! Highly recommend

Update: Along with my amazing nail service from Nini, I decided to get a facial from Brittney AND a pedi from Sophia. Brittney was professional and VERY knowledgeable about skin care specific to my needs. It was helpful that she was kind and informative. I took her tips and pointers and now I have an effective skin care regimen in between visits. I book my pedicure with one of the new techs there named Sophia. She was so sweet and attentive. She took her time and made my feet look brand new!

Review a couple years later! Amazing customer service! It’s a “Nailed It” every time. I book my apts with a specific designs in mind and not once have I been disappointed. There’s no wait, the salon is intimate and comfortable. Definitely a vibe! Hands down the best in CNY!

I absolutely love this spa. You definitely walk out feeling like a Queen. The staff is very professional, warm and welcoming. The decor alone is inviting. The nails are on point. There’s nothing they can’t do. Pedicures, facials, body massage. I can’t say anything negative. It’s a always a great experience. I highly recommend!! I will be getting the ladies in my family gift cards! Everyone deserves to be pampered.
