I went here for the 1st time, and I was pretty disappointed. The man who did my nails was nice, but he did a cheap job. I just wanted a basic manicure with polish, and on day two, the polish was already chipping and peeling off, and I had to correct him on a few nails bc he left them unevenly, and I was there for so long. Also, it just felt like a waste of time and money. The customer service was friendly but just not worth it.

My daughter and I had pedicures today and everything was wonderful! We didn’t have to wait, service was amazing & the nail techs were great. We’ll definitely be back!

Went there for the 1st and last time on Saturday. Went there because of long wait times everywhere else. If I would have only known,smh. My daughter, her friend, and myself all went for full sets. There was one lady waiting, and 2 others in chairs ( I think her daughters). So I figured it shouldn’t be too long. The wait to get in a chair wasn’t. Long story short… we were there 3 HRS. YES… 3 HRS. We all got started at diff times, they took breaks while doing nails. This place is a JOKE! All of our nails look like we have had them on for a month and need a fill in and its been 2 days. I wish I would have read reviews before going into this place. The man said they have been in business for one year, I am shocked they have made it this long. We had 3 diff nail techs so it’s the entire business that does horrible. The lady who did my nails was struggling to paint them. She kept having to take off and reapply the polish. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never been so disappointed in a business. They also cut my daughters cuticle( I was not sitting beside her so I didn’t know). Did not notify me and put some green stuff on it. I will be watching it closely. Do not go to this business! You will regret it!!

I had a very relaxing manicure and pedicure today. I enjoy the low key environment. I felt like I was pampered. I have had many compliments on my nails.
I also had my eyebrows waxed. I really appreciate this service because I can never pluck well enough. Thank you and God bless you Goldstar Nail Salon
