I’ve been getting my nails done by Kevin for months now. He always does a wonderful job! He takes his time and makes sure they are perfect every time. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Kevin!! The salon itself is very nice and newly renovated. They always have everything clean and everyone is always professional. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I went in around 2pm today with my sister to get a basic white acrylic set. Holly did my nails, Liz did my sisters. They were both amazing! Super friendly and not awkward at all!! I would definitely recommend both of them!

I’ve visited this nail salon thrice since returning to the area. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, my toenails were cut unevenly, resulting in a rather unattractive appearance, especially with the French tip angled oddly. Additionally, during my latest visit, despite requesting specific corrections, my nails were still excessively long and cut at an angle. The quality was below par, and even my eyebrow waxing wasn’t satisfactory – one eyebrow ended up shorter than the other just before New Year’s Eve. Considering the high cost, I regret my decision to come here. The gel on one of my fingernails chipped the same day. I won’t be returning and would appreciate a refund for the unsatisfactory services.Furthermore, I regret to mention that I overheard staff members using Google Translate app to make unkind remarks about me during my visits in their language right in front of me. This lack of professionalism and respect significantly impacted my impression of the salon.
Update at 4:12AM: Feeling immensely dissatisfied with the length and shape of the nails, I attempted to adjust them myself, resulting in a regrettable outcome. The nails were initially excessively long, resembling daggers, which should not have been the case from the start. This left me disappointed and in a position I shouldn’t have been in after visiting the salon. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and I’ll be disputing the charge with you.
