I went last night with my best friend for the first time to get acrylic nails. The customer service was alright but that cannot make up for the cut I have on my toe nail from the cuticle clipper and also for my acrylic nails not being what I want AT ALL. I didn’t get the design I wanted, the length isn’t there, the shape isn’t there, and the nail art was rushed. Then when I told the manager about it she tried to gaslight me into saying they looked exactly like the design I wanted. I was then expected to pay $88 dollars and when I argued for a discount she only wanted to take $8 off. The first photo is the design i wanted and the rest are what I got. I wanted the nails a LITTLE shorter and the shape to be coffin… Those were the only differences. You may not be able to tell in the photo but most of my nails are crookedly shaped and they’re not even sharp. The technician stated that the issue would be fixed at the end but it wasn’t. The manager offered to shape them but even that wouldn’t have made me happy. I ended up paying $60 for the service but I had to fight my way to that price and still feel like the price should’ve been even lower.

The BEST nail salon in the Charlotte area! Katelyn does a fantastic job every time. Her attention to detail is amazing. I can go in with an idea and she’ll find the perfect color to match my vision. Great prices as well.

Thank heavens I walked into this palace!!! My new favorite nail spot 🥰🥰🥰! I got the gel pedi and manicure with the powder dip thingy (don’t know the name) Maya did my hands and Cindy did my pedi. Awesome experience from the moment I walked in the door! The warm wax and massage felt amazing! The lady in front, very friendly and inviting. Love the colors and clean cut decor in here. Highly recommend you pick this spot out of all the others. When you are done, go have a Taco at Tacos 4-Life!

I had sns nails done at Glow. One of sns’ nails was chipped within 24 hours. I returned and requested a redo for all nails, but they only repaired one nail. I was informed that the nails were only guaranteed for 72 hours. After 72 hours, three more nails were chipped. I wasted my money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon.

Not sure why ANYONE would be able to say ANYTHING negative about this location. I’ve been here twice and the level of service has been nothing short of AMAZING!!
Extremely clean, the service has been excellent both times! My theory is that you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny!
My husband went with me the second time for his first EVER mani/ pedi and he said he couldn’t believe how much he loved it! We will both be back!
